Your weekly recommendation, explained
Each week Sunny recommends one Team Experience for your team, based on your Team Vitals™: the recommendation targets the vital your team scored lowest on in its most recent Midweek Check-in cycle. It arrives with a one-line reason so you can see why it was picked. Most weeks the recommendation is a Team Boost; every fourth week it is an Interactive Workshop instead.
Where the recommendation appears
- In Slack or Teams: Sunny sends you a notification with the Team Experience recommendation, the reason, and a link to the Team Experience. Past recommendations stay in your Slack or Teams history, and you can still open and run them from the original notification.
- In the Team Experiences library banner: the “Recommended for you” section on the library page shows the current week’s recommendation. Only the current one appears there; your Slack or Teams history holds the older ones.
Details: “Using the guide library.”
How Sunny picks it
Sunny takes your team’s scores from the most recent Midweek Check-in cycle and recommends an experience for the lowest-scoring vital. The reason line names that vital, for example: “Recommended because Supported has been your team’s lowest-scoring vital this month.”
You don’t have to accept the pick; you can navigate to the library and browse for a different experience. If you skip a week, a new recommendation arrives the next week.
Why you don’t have a recommendation yet
Recommendations start once your team has completed three Midweek Check-in cycles. Until then, you will be shown onboarding content.
- Your team is new: it probably hasn’t finished 3Midweek Check-in cycles yet. The first recommendation arrives after that cycle closes with enough responses.
- Pulse Checks have gone out but no recommendation has arrived: not enough of your team responded in the latest cycle. Ask the team to complete their Midweek Check-in,
